Excursions

Soon after we leave Milna bay at 8 a.m., we are touching the shores of the sandy beach Zaglav, followed by a quick panoramic view from the sea side of the bays Brgujac and Rukavac because our policy is not to waste time on destinations that are easily approachable by footpath. Afterwards, we sail in the direction of the island Biševo which we reach within 30 minutes. By taking advantage of our vicinity we arrive to the island before the other numerous visitors in order to avoid the crowd and long queues. In the bay called Mezoporat you buy the ticket for the Blue Cave which you visit in a small boat. After the visit to the Blue Cave we sail back to Vis. There we sail along the unique coast of our island starting with the visit to the romantic beach Mala Pritiščina. From that point on, according to your wishes and preferences, swimming and snorkelling are possible as well. We continue to visit beaches as Velika Pritiščina, Stiniva, Ruda and we give a quick glance to Srebrna beach. After Srebrna, we reach the very entrance to the Green Cave where you buy the ticket and then swim or sail into the cave. The last destination is Budihovac (around 12:30 p.m.), more precisely the islets Veliki and Mali Budihovac and the rock Sanak which connects them by a sandbank, two beaches, a turquoise lagoon, a restaurant, a beach bar, a tavern, local flora and fauna. We usually enjoy in the beauty of Budihovac until the end of the excursion (around 6 p.m.) when we return back to Milna.
